"Mrs. Rosales, a State Farm insurance agent in Saline, Michigan, is a great person as well an a trust worthy insurance agent. I have had State Farm insurance for my home and auto during the past forty years. And, I have had different agents during my working years, none like Mrs. Rosales. Mrs Rosales took on my unsolved, ignored, three month, problem, and provided me with a positive resolution. I moved to Saline, Michigan, December, 2025. My previous insurance agent refused or/and ignored the fact that I was owed a refund for months. I mentioned this issue to Mrs. Rosales and the problem was solved within a week. She really did not have to take on that issue, but she did and I am grateful. ,"

"I will start this by saying I've never had anyone research and strive to understand what I needed to get my commercial vehicle for personal use insured and on the road. The Rosales team know how to treat people and were very effective in making me understand all parts of my policies.
