"Susan can't get things right with my homeowners insurance. I've had my property insured through State Farm since the 1980s. Year built is wrong, my billing and home address is wrong, she has my daughter's account mixed with mine,...too much to list."

"I was getting my first new car that’s mine and I was helped by an amazing agent named Ally she was very helpful and super amazing efficient and made the process of switching over my insurance to my new car a breeze! And she also told me that I had a 30 day window on the insurance carried on my previous car so that I could be able to sell it knowing it would be ok to have an interested party take it for a test drive, this eased my mind and I was happy to know this extra information that I never knew before when I had bought a previous car. She was very excited for me too and just really positive nice and I just had a really positive experience with her as well as this agency. What is more I think the price for the insurance is pretty reasonable especially because they have great customer service and are always very helpful anytime I contact them. Very positive experience!"
