"I had the best call with Ali! I was looking for information regarding insurance for our new condo that we bought. Ali was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. Her professional knowledge about the insurance we need was fantastic! She explained everything and answered all of my questions. Being new to the area, I had a few general questions that I asked too. Ali went above and beyond to find answers for me and let me know what to expect with a Michigan winter being that we are from Florida! "Susan can't get things right with my homeowners insurance. I've had my property insured through State Farm since the 1980s. Year built is wrong, my billing and home address is wrong, she has my daughter's account mixed with mine,...too much to list."
