"I will start this by saying I've never had anyone research and strive to understand what I needed to get my commercial vehicle for personal use insured and on the road. The Rosales team know how to treat people and were very effective in making me understand all parts of my policies. My new vehicle was not an easy quote, as it's not listed on any insurers quote "pages" they look up. The Rosales team served me very well and Im thankful for the outcome! "Horrible experience with Susan Rosales. Never again. Changing my insurance after my claim. Contacted her but she was not helpful. Asked me to call her back. Not picking up the phone. My vehicle is with Varsity Lincoln body shop since 10 days. Waiting on approval from State Farm. Everyone seems to be contacting but nothing is happening. Since she is our agent she did not help me."
