"Horrible experience with Susan Rosales. Never again. Changing my insurance after my claim. Contacted her but she was not helpful. Asked me to call her back. Not picking up the phone. My vehicle is with Varsity Lincoln body shop since 10 days. Waiting on approval from State Farm. Everyone seems to be contacting but nothing is happening. Since she is our agent she did not help me."

"What t I appreciate the most about my State Farm office is he fact that t when I call and leave messages someone always calls me back in a timely manner. I called Andrea and she called me back and went over my car insurance with me.
